Here are some of my patent documents relating to inventions I made.
As you can see I've been inventing for almost 50 years.
Below: I invented sunglasses with a control to regulate the light that gets through.
Below: My fuel-less cigarette lighter.
Below: 3-D Television would have been around a lot sooner (check the date), but the offer I received was not considered enough. I filed it away. Nobody could touch the idea for 15 years, the lifetime of the patent.
Below: A more efficient solar panel. Water flows through a winding pipe that passes through a rectangular 50 in x 30in, half inch thick block of matt black material, and the unit, covered by glass, contains a vacuum. It was too efficient -- the water evaporated and the steam pressure blew it up. (Typical Yorkshireman here -- why bother using a mallet when a sledgehammer will do).
