Bulley

The children of John BULLEY and Eleanor PASS were:

1... Harriet BULLEY (My Great-Great-Great Grandmother). Chr 9 Jan 1814 at Ashprington, Devon. She married, on 29 Oct 1837 in Totnes, Devon, Robert LATHROPE. In about 1843 she moved north with Robert, their small daughter Harriet, and Robert's parents. He worked as a woolcomber in such places as Clayton West, Thornhill in the Calder Valley and in Bradford, before they moved to Stocksbridge to work at Fox's steelworks where hackle pins for woolcombing were made. She died of cancer, 9 Mar 1867 at Deepcar, Yorkshire, and is buried at Bolsterstone. The following year, 1868, Robert and their youngest daughter Elizabeth LATHROPE emigrated to the U.S.A  He died at Uintah Salt Flats, Weber County, Utah, on 22 Feb 1891. He was buried in Ogden City, Utah, on 27 Feb 1891. Her Death Certificate.  Their children.

4... John BULLEY. Chr. 2 Aug 1818, Cornworthy, Devon. Buried 18 Aug 1824, at Cornworthy, aged 6 years.

5... Susan BULLEY. Chr 2 Aug 1818, Cornworthy, Devon. Buried 27 Nov 1818,Corneworthy, aged 3 months.

6... Jane BULLEY. Chr 25 Mar 1821,Cornworthy, Devon.
